Shipping Policy

•For most orders placed before 5:00 pm (EST) on weekdays the delivery can be expected within 2-3 business days, this does not include processing time.

• Shipping rates for purchases made within the continental U.S. is a flat rate of $9 for all orders below $99, orders greater than $99 include free shipping. For orders placed 5:00 pm (EST) on Friday, processing will occur on the following Monday.

• For purchases made outside the continental U.S. or internationally or for orders that need expedited shipping or same day shipping please call (844) 899-3565 to discuss options and actions that can be taken.

• Orders are processed with us through an authorized PayPal® account so that when paying with a credit or debit card customers can be reassured that the transaction is made safely and securely.

Orders placed outside the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) must call in for shipping quote.

Return and Refund Policy

• For orders that require a return or an exchange, contact needs to be made within 30 days of order receipt. The product must be as it came: in new, unused or unopened, and salable condition for credit to be returned. This also includes being shipped back in the original packaging that it was delivered in.

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained in order to process any returns as we are unable to process any return orders or requests without this identification number. For help in finding this number please contact us at info@discountmedicalgroup.com for more information.

• Unless the product arrives damaged or an error on our side was made that caused the need to return the package, the shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Orders that were made under our free shipping policy will still require our outbound shipping costs to be deducted from the refund credit.

• A 25% restock cost will be subtracted from the return to cover the costs required to reshelve the item(s). Item’s will be inspected before credit issued to ensure quality upon return.

• Credit will be returned once the product has been received by us, we must receive the order in 10 days or less upon confirmation that the package has been sent to ensure refund.
